&lt;P&gt;If you have moved the account, it will still be trying to link to the previous account number. If you give our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer support guides&lt;/A&gt; a call, they'll be able to help to get it linked to the correct account, rather than you having to try to create a new account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When you say you are having trouble downloading the app, is it the app itself that you can't download from the app store, or is it when you try to login to view your account?&lt;/P&gt;
