Ee are totally useless, app always down, can never get in touch and speak to a person, and to top it off just charged me £387 for a £88 contract!!! And can't see why and guess what there app is down again!!! Pathetic.

Hi all.

Are you able to log into the app this morning? If you're still having problems, could you try the EE Online desktop site to see if you're able to log in there?
