@Beafy19 Live chat is available via the EE app under help. Live chat is also only available to contract customers.

@Beafy19 , are you on contract? Then click help at the bottom of the app on the right and you will find it there, but only if you are a contract customer.

Welcome to the Community.

If you're a pay monthly mobile customer you can find the messaging service within the EE app then head to the Help section. There should be a "Message Us" option showing.
