Unable to empty my basket

Is anyone any further forward on how to empty your basket on ee? Even tech support are baffled. Rather frustrating as I can’t delete the items that I don’t want?

We don't want you to have any trouble amending what is in your basket, so I can appreciate your frustration.

Do you still have the same issue if you try clearing your cookies and cache?

Get your basket showing,press edit,checkout,press the arrow up your basket will show at the top,push the edit button and the bin will show up ,press bin item gone works for me took some finding good luck

was this with a mobile app ,as i have used a laptop and having the same problem

Could you try clearing your cache/cookies or try using a different device/browser?
