i can not find the message us tab in the help section , have downloaded the app today so I assume its up to date.

I am unable to call ee so I need to use this tool but cannot find it anywhere in the app?

@Matt693 Are you a contract customer? If not then you can not use the live chat feature of the EE app. Live chat is only available to contract customers

Pay Monthly Device contracts or SIM Only contracts, it is unavailable on Pay As You Go.
