      <title>EE WEBSITE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It lets me log in to my EE app but if I click anything like ‘see upgrades’ or anything that takes it to the website, it gives an error &amp;amp; ‘unable to log in at this time’ but the app logs in perfectly fine. Is this a known issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue &amp;amp; its been persistent after contacting via Live chat numerous times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;“this will be resolved” ive read around 6/7 times now over the past year.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have spoken to multiple people on the phone on numerous occasions &amp;amp; is apparently being looked into.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if its not rectified shortly then ill be changing providers at the end of my contract. 1.5 years &amp;amp; ive not been able to use any of the features or benefits without going through a Live chat that takes upwards of 1.5 hours to speak with someone &amp;amp; even then a response is not guaranteed as i’ve experienced multiple times&lt;/P&gt;</description>
