@MrSingh62 You call customer support and wait until an agent can take your call. There is no fast track to get customer support. They will always be more customers wanting to speak to customer support then there are customer support agents

It is utterly relentless! Their customer service wait times are shocking! Funny you can upgrade online without a representative ie to get a sale it's nice and easy, but to cancel a contract line after 26 months you need to find four hours spare to listen to the most brain challenging music to get an answer
