Hi @Armacon I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble upgrading via the My EE app.

Could you try logging in through a web browser and let me know if you're still having the same issue?

We'd need to get one of our guides to access your account and see what's restricting that page from being displayed.

To speak with a guide, you'd just need to dial 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from any other phone.
