Help Tab not working on APP

The Help tab on my EE app is not loading. it just shows two dots.

All other functions are working and have tried this one 3 different wifi connections and still have the same issue,

How do i get help when i cant even load the help tab.

The same issue is happening for me. Help tab on app not working.

Unable to try with mobile data currently

What device do you have as it works on my S24.

If android then try clearing the data/cache.

@holden25 , it works for me and I am on IPhone 16 Pro Max. Have you tried rebooting your phone, also make sure that you have the latest version of the app.

Have you tried using data, to see if that works? Just to rule out any other problems.
