    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not quite true that they don't know who has the issue. Any engineering team worth their salt would be using a tool like Sentry or similar tools to be tracking which user accounts are raising errors. I'm assuming things are so bad behind the scenes at EE that they are probably drowning in errors and unable to address them in a timely manner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4203649"&gt;@Nickpc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Because not everyone has this issue &amp;nbsp;and it needs to be looked in to on why it effects some customers but not the vast majority customers. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Have you called customer support and reported this to them ? &amp;nbsp;EE don’t know who has this issue unless it’s reported.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
