      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how I can formally complain to EE?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Some of the call handlers are incredibly unprofessional. One in particular made a major error while processing the change of ownership of my account. I can't quite believe that due to his mistake, my account is frozen for 6 months so I cannot get a new phone! It's laughable that I've been a loyal customer with EE for over 10 years, yet this is the service I receive. I am now forced to consider changing providers as I literally cannot order a new phone with EE. You have put me in a situation where I'm trapped with no options whatsoever, as none of your staff can supposedly reverse his mistake. How is that fair in any way? I will be telling all my friends to avoid EE at all costs.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Annie&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
