Has anyone had any success with online chat? For the past 3 days it tells me my wait time is 5/10mins and then I get nothing all day

I'm sorry you are having trouble getting in touch with someone. What department were you trying to reach?

The online chat is awful. I waited over 9 hours for a response one day then the agent closed the chat because I hadn't responded in 10 minutes after they finally connected!
