If you can still login then first I would recommend changing the language back via the app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is a guide here, the menu options also have symbols next to them to help indicate what option you need to click with it currently being in Vietnamese. &lt;A href="https://help.netflix.com/en/node/13245#:~:text=Open%20the%20Netflix%20app%2C%20then,Choose%20a%20language." target="_blank"&gt;How to change the language on Netflix | Netflix Help Center&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once you have been able to switch back to English click the Menu button in the top right then select Account, then select Manage access and devices and it will show you a list of devices that have logged into your account to check for any you do not recognise.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I would then recommend changing your password via the Menu&amp;gt; Account option and select to Sign out of all devices when doing so. And if you use the same e-mail address and password for any other accounts I would suggest changing them also.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Netflix language and access issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recently updated to Netflix Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;account is showing &amp;nbsp;a different name and I don’t know the access code&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I try to access my account on website and app it is all in Vietnamese language&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive never changed from English language and no idea why on to it’s showing someone else’s profile/account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;been trying since November to get this sorted&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get my own profile/account in English language&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
