      <title>no access to online bills</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Months now and we still cannot access our bills either online or via the app. We are a small corporate with 10 handsets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopeless - hours now waiting to speak to someone who can sends us a link so we can see our bills. How can such a big tech company have no working online access to our usage. Month after month they say it's being fixed. But it never is.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Such rubbish.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
