      <title>Unable To Use EE Website or App</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have logged into the website and I am unable to access bills or buy anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I login to the app I can't do anything and greeted by a screen that is not helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't buy any products or manage anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to get EE broadband but it wouldn't let me so I went with Vodafone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't see my bills which I need to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have called customer service multiple times and they do absolutely nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once my contracts are finished I'm leaving EE unless they can fix it within the next month.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is absolutely ridiculous. Customer service know absolutely nothing about what they are meant to be doing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem with your account. It sounds like this could be related to your EEID and the way that it is (or isn't) linked to your products.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I know you've already spoken to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;Customer Care team&lt;/A&gt;, but they are the best people to speak to to try and get this sorted.&lt;/P&gt;
