      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone, I have a problem because I lost access to my email account and unfortunately I can't recover it because it was hacked and I also can't log in to my ee account to top up the number through two-step verification. Does this mean that I have to buy a new card and register it again with a new email?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
