&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You have done the right thing in contacting our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;customer service team&lt;/A&gt;. If they're not able to fix it on the call, they send the details to an offline team who can check everything and get them linked fully.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Hopefully it's sorted soon for you.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you aren't able to link the account after trying different browsers and the EE app, I'd recommend speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;tech guides&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They will be able to access your account and look to get it linked for you. If they aren't able to, they can send the details to our back office team for them to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;
