      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2847937"&gt;@1212121&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; if you can not access your online account and the EE app you need to call customer support and request an account reset. &amp;nbsp; Accounts go offline when account maintenance is being done and this is from around 11pm till 6am. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
