&lt;P&gt;If this is an account related issue then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have they said anything about the reason?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>EE app has not been working for 3 months</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not been able to use the app for almost 3 months now and I need the app top gift data to my family members. I have contacted EE for this and they said they would look into it but it still has not been resolved and they said I should call when I need data gifted however I cannot do this. So if this could be fixed as soon as possible I would be very happy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
