    <description>Yes after some difficulty i managed to get logged on but when i go to Manage Subscriptions i get a page saying:&lt;BR /&gt;This service isn’t working right nowWe’re working hard to get it up and running. Try again later, visit our website or get in touch if it’s urgent.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried phoning customer services but they say they are busy answering Black Friday deals and it will be about an hour to get a reply, meanwhile im being charged for the call. &lt;P&gt;What is happening when you try to manage the subscriptions? Are you seeing an error?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have Apple TV+ on your mobile or broadband account?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is mobile, is it the 6 month free offer or an inclusive benefit?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I received an e-mail telling me that the&amp;nbsp;Apple TV+ (6 months on us) subscription has been actiavted and that unless i cancel it i will be charged automatically after 6 months. I am not prepared to pay for Apple TV (only signed up out of curiosity) so i followed the instructions to cancel it by logging on to my account and opening "Manage Subscriptions. But when i do i get :&lt;BR /&gt;This service isn’t working right nowWe’re working hard to get it up and running. Try again later, visit our website or get in touch if it’s urgent.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried to call but they are too "busy with Black Friday deals" to answer. I can not find any other way to get through to customer services. The whole system seems designed to send you around and around in an endless loop of useless pages. Its as is they are trying to prevent me from canceling.&amp;nbsp;R Lythgoe</description>

      <description>I was with BT for TV and Broadband for several years but i recently changed to EE as they said it would be cheaper. The Apple TV was a 6 months trial that came with it. I only activated it out of curiosity but after that i found out that if i don't cancel it i will automatically be charged for it. I really have no interest in Apple TV but now i find i cant cancel it due to the poor customer service of EE.Ron Lythgoe</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it is happening on both, it would need to be something that our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/broadband-landline" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;customer service guides&lt;/A&gt; get removed from the account for you. They may be busy at times, but you aren't always waiting as long as the timescale that is given and someone would be with you as soon as they can be.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They are open from 8am to 9pm on weekdays and 8am to 8pm at the weekend to help.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem in that everything i tried to do on the website or app gave an error. In the end i managed to get one of their service people to call me and they sorted it out. It took over two weeks and several calls but they did it in the end. They said that the problem was that when i changed from BT to EE my account was not set up properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the end the only way i could get their attention was to post my complaints on their page on X. I just kept pasting my problem on all their posts til they contacted me. i dont think they liked the bad publicity. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
