Whenever you visit any page on EE site it constantly does a redirect loop like it's checking the login. Then occasionally it goes through.

I've worked on websites for 20 years and never seen anything like it

Are you seeing the same thing happen today? If you are, have you been able to try clearing the cookies and cache, or trying another browser at all?

I know we all wish we could have a free month, but I'm afraid not.

Have you tried making the payment through the EE app? If it still doesn't work, you can use our payment page, which just needs your mobile number and card details.

Honestly, using your mobile services is the worst experience I've ever had. Your app is unreliable, I can't manage my account at all, and then your website is completely useless, can't even log in. This keep happening over and over. I haven't had a smooth experience at all since I become a customer and it's really not that hard to get these things right. I will switch to another provider asap.

Sometimes problems accessing web pages are caused by browser extensions.

I find it useful to keep a 'spare' browser without any extensions to check problems.

NO! This is not a solution to your problems! It's just a bodge to avoid fixing the root cause of the problem, i.e. your entire infrastructure that was built by a monkey and not actual software engineers!

Totally agree, it is utter garbage. My contract expires in less than 2 weeks and I cannot upgrade via the website. I've tried it on Chrome and Safari and can't get anywhere.

Thankfully the Leave EE link works!

Amen, it has truly become unusable over the last year. Live chat also now exclusive to the app and is equally mediocre compared to what it was before.

To add to that, ever since 5G was implemented around here, I've had one bar of signal with speeds dropping below 5 Mb/s. Used to get over 100 Mb/s on LTE beforehand and I would actually prefer fast LTE to atrocious 5G. I pay way too much per month for service like this to be acceptable.

I think I will be switching next month when my contract ends. I've had enough.

I've had it with EE trying to make out like it's an individual s issue it's the same for all of us it doesn't work on the site or app no matter what we try scrap it and start again out the money we pay you to use ,coz I'm paying nearly £40 quid and I can move data to my kids phone or check my balance it's wrong to take advantage of loyal customers s

What happens when you try to gift data? Is it certain parts of the website that you have problems with? Are you able to use the EE App OK on mobile?

Ive never come across a website for a so called big company that is so unusable and error strewn, it looks like it was coded/compiled by a moron with no knowledge what so ever, it is dire, crash prone, it doesnt matter what device I use to access it, doesnt matter what time, day , month etc, it always never works, sort it out EE it is downright embarrassing.

As a website builder and online application developer for 30 years, ee.co.uk and mobile app is probably the worst I have encountered. Before that it was gov.uk, but they have got their act togther 'somewhat'.

EE.co.uk suffers from very poor UI design and obviously ZERO user testing. Page Looping (trying to get data) is very common issue and I once waited over 30 minutes for 'it' to come back with a usable page only to then repeat the process after a click.

I don't use it anymore, I ring them... wait in a queue -(make coffee / take a showers etc etc) - but when I get through I get stuff done quickly.

EE need a serious look at how their system works needing a major redesign.. I might suggest different sites and servers for different areas - this is how I build MAJOR COMPANY websites.

EE…hang your head in shame. Your website is absolute and totally USELESS.. it’s just goes in loops and you can look up nothing. I will be moving my 3 phone elsewhere
