Input from EE customers please. Is Live Chat missing from your EE app?

I downloaded the EE app as was advised I can use Live Chat function on fhe app Help page. However, I do no see this option.

I was just wondering if it's missing for everybody else.

I have tried on two different iPhones and an Android phone. I can sign in fine and see my order history. I just do not see a Live Chat option at all.

If you do have the option to Live Chat, do you have any idea why that might be?

I did see an option to Verify in the app which mentions sending in Photo ID. I won dered of that would make fhe option appear.

This has to be most difficult customer experience I've ever had trying to contact any customer support. Due to health condition I rather avoid making a phone call.

Baffled as to why Live Chat is lo oted to fhe app anyway? I can contact BT by Web Chat on their website, no fuss at all.

An email address would be OK, does anyone know an email for EE customer support?
