      <title>Can't Link device to Account.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been trying to get this resolved for a week now. Have phone customer service but all I'm told is that they can't do anything and a ticket will be raised and it'll be fixed in 72 hours, well it's been past that and I still can't link my account. Tells me it's linked to another account. I no longer have access to the email that the account was linked to. I changed my email and login details in my account settings but can't link device to account again. Can someone please look into this and help resolve the issue. Thank You.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;EE Customer Services keep saying this will be resolved in a few days but it never get solved!&lt;BR /&gt;It's a been 1 YEAR since I joined EE from BT and accounts are still not linked together and at the moment I cannot access mobile package!&lt;BR /&gt;And yes I rang 150 several times before you ask me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
