Am having trouble logging in to the,,it’s a load of rubbish.av bin in ee shop and couldn’t help me gave me phone number to call,I have done so and still cannot access my app .when I was with sky ther app was so simple to access.I wish I never left

I know how handy it is to be able to manage your account in the EE app.

What is happening when you try to access it?

Are you able to login through the EE website?

They told me it was supposed to be shorted but it’s not.so not happy at all
