EE Live chat ignorance

I had a issue with my phone and the team I needed was shut at 6:30pm.

I was on the EE Guide live chat for over 90 MINUTES and I get disconnected from that chat, I then join a second chat and no one is answering despite them shutting at 10:30pm my wait time is 2 HOURS AND 45 MINUTES.

At the time of this post I am still waiting for chat to someone but I can see it not happening tonight.

What a disgrace of a service and I am now considering leaving EE and going somewhere else

@KarlM1986 It’s 9pm not 10:30pm. Not sure where you’re getting that time from. If customer services are busy with phone calls you have to wait till one of them is free to live chat. phoning customer support is always quicker.

"I’ll get you through to one of our EE Guides who'll be able to help, they are available until 10.30pm."

That is direct from the live chat screen Chris that's where I got that information from

Also I did put in the original post, the team I needed to talk to the call centre was closed at 6:30pm
