      <title>Update has caused more issues &amp; gremlins. Why?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After being forced to do an update now the app is worse than ever. Im so fed up with it. To the point im actually really considering leaving for a different company. Why do they have to fix something that wasn't broken? I dont get it. &amp;amp; i cant really say much for their speeds. Sure it says thats the speed im receiving but doesn't feel like it at all. I just have to take their word for it. Tbh their app is crap. Keeps saying sorry try again etc. Why did it get worse. It was good for a while. When i moved in. But now after forced updates its got a lot worse. Their app, there service, speeds, &amp;amp; just generally not really giving me the service i expected &amp;amp; promised. Give me 1 good reason to even stay with EE. As i said im very very much thinking of leaving. Am i a rarity or is it common across the EE app?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
