Unable to delete basket

I am unable to delete basket there are no icons giving option to delete. When I click edit it goes to the salary page again no icon to delete have phoned EE and they say use the icons but there are not any icons Any help would be appreciated. Have also tried using different browsers

Hello @dotty54.

I have just tested this and added something to my basket.

Do you see the bin in the top right corner? if you click this and then remove it will delete the item from you basket.

Hi Leanne,

I am having this problem. There is no option to ‘edit basket’ or bin image. The only option is to edit items in the basket, which takes you to the check your details screen. I have tried using a different browser and device and am still unable to empty the basket.
Please help.

Are you logged into your EE account?

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache and checking to see if the items in the basket have been removed?
