    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why can’t I access my account through the app or the website? Everytime I try I get an error message and can’t go any further? I can’t view any of my details? When contacting EE they are saying it’s fine their end and that there isn’t anything on my account that should be stopping it. I haven’t been able to access my account in months.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What is the error message that shows?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you have a new EE contract or have you upgraded?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, do you have a mobile or broadband account?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
