    <description>&lt;P&gt;ok thanks i have already spoke to someone in complaints and they said they were going to mark my account as being affected but that was over a month ago and its still the same which is why i thought id seek advice here as some others have had a solution!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if logged in i cannot access the broadband section it shows technical error&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this has been going on for months i have called and logged a complaint it is still in error state&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if i am not logged in i can see deals fine, is this sitewide&amp;nbsp; for everyone do we know or just user specific??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It is strange that you can see the offers when you aren't logged in but not when you are.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is it just the new offers that you cannot see?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you already have a broadband account with EE? If you do, can you see the details for your existing account?&lt;/P&gt;

(ee.co.uk)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/broadband/error" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/broadband/error&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if i change the error to deals it tries to load then changes back to error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but not logged in it works fine, so i add package to basket then when going to checkout u have to sign in and bang error again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can you try to clear the cookies and cache from your browser and try again. If that doesn't help, are you able to try another browser or device.&lt;/P&gt;
