Why is no one responding on live chat? Been waiting over 2 hours now!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I know it can be frustrating to be kept waiting. The team are available but if they are busy, there will be wait to get through.

Have you got through to anyone yet?

If not, what was it you were looking to discuss?
