What is it you are trying to do in the app and website and what is happening when you try?

the website seems to be working I was just checking my usage and I'm put of contract so was just going to look at the upgrades whether to get a new phone or stick with the one I've currently got.on the app its just a spinning circle deleted and reinstalled several times and cleared the cache

It seems no one can get it to work. I am new to EE and it just sits on the let's get your phone set up and does nothing except the spin disc of doom.

I can log in on website but can't access anything. The app isn't working completely.

We've sent all of the details across to the relevant team @Bluemoon11, and we've made them aware this is happening.

If you have access to your main online account, please use this for now instead of the app.

Hi I am also having the same problem i haven’t been able to get on the app for a few months now any help would be greatly appreciated.
