    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your phone no. is the same as what? You old contract? If so, you did do an upgrade &amp;amp; this SIM-Only replaces your old contract. Any bill will now include this SIM-Only.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot access mobile bills on website</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed a few months ago to a sim only plan and now I cannot see bills when I click on &amp;nbsp;BILLs in my account . It's a problem as I need to file them. &amp;nbsp;Any ideas ? Thanks so much&lt;/P&gt;</description>
