    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to upgrade my phone for DAYS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app just says it cannot connect to me the server. &amp;nbsp;I have tried the website. I have tried accessing across many different devices but NOTHING is loading. I physically cannot see any deals once I am logged in.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried speaking to someone on the chat I was giving an estimated wait of an hour. It’s been over 2. And I cannot get through to speak to someone over the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After being with this company for years - I have never experienced this. At this rate I am just going to cancel my contract once I can actually speak to someone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
