If you would like to set up itemised billing, please call us on 150 and the team will happy to help. This would be for any future bills and would be chargeable.

@Twosteve well, unless you have itemised billing, you cannot see previous calls you’ve made. Your device call history will show this and itemised billing cannot be backdated.
You view previous bills via your account under billing.

I have just downloaded my September bill and wish to download the previous 4 bills (May-Aug). How can I do this?

Hi @Normanspad,

Welcome to the EE Community

You should be able to switch to older bills in the same place where you download them. Your latest bill would be selected as default, in app for example you would just click on the date of your latest bill and it will then bring up a drop down menu to select previous bills. Once you have the bill selected you want you would just click Download bill.

Hi @Mapman1.

Welcome to the community.

Do you have itemised billing set up on your account? If not, you will only be able to see chargeable calls made.

The call history on your phone will show the most recent incoming and outgoing calls.

Do you currently pay for itemised billing?

If this isn't something you've opted into then we wouldn't have a record of your call log, barring chargeable calls, though we can get this turned on if you call 150.

Welcome to our community.

If you don't currently have itemised billing set up, you won't be able to see call logs on your bills or account as anything inclusive wouldn't be displayed. Any chargeable calls and texts would appear on your bill.

If you want to set this up for future calls and texts, please give our customer care team a call on 150.
