Verification link won’t send to my email

When registering my ee account and linking my device which is just a sim, the verification link will not send to my email and I have checked junk mail and have tried this 20 times over and still can’t receive the emails so cannot get into my account. Please help

@alice2273 Is this via the app or online ? If it’s via the app try it online.

Are you using a personal email or work email address?

Hi, I am using a personal email, I have checked all inboxes including deleted and junk and the verification email does not arrive no matter what I do
