Yes. It says that it is unable show the phone’s data. I am trying to gift data to my dongle and receive the same message.

I am having the same problem. I am trying to gift data to my dongle and receive a message stating that it is unable to access either device’s data. It also says that it will be fixed soon. According to previous posts this is an ongoing problem.

I have tried using both the app and online with the same result.

I'm disappointed to hear you're seeing an error message when attempting to gift data.

Have you been able to gift data previously?

Are the two devices on the same account that you want to gift data between?

Is this happening on the EE app and your main online account?
