I’ve been in the message us feature in the app now for 5 hours waiting on a response. 3 people have answered with “we are checking for you now” and never returned. The last person was 3 hours ago.

I don’t have EE mobile. I probably wouldn’t speak to them anyway, it’s been
6 hours and 7 different people.
