your account number is located at the top right hand corner of your bill.

Did you order a mobile or broadband contract?

If you are a pay monthly customer you can view your bills within your EE account online.

If you do not yet have an account you can register HERE.

I am a Home Broadband customer, and I can't find the account number to set the account and see the bills. It tells me on the app, but same issue, I need an account number and I can's find it anywhere.

The customer service guides will be able to get the acount number for you. Give them a call on 0330 1234 150 and let me know how you get on.

How do I find my account number for my Broadband? When I go to add my device to the site its saying I can find my account number with the original email. I must of deleted it.

I have just moved from BT Broadband to EE. Order has arrived ,router etc going on Full Fibre broadband.I am trying to link the broadband on the EE app/ Web page

'That doesn’t look like a valid account number.'

keeps coming up .The number is

MR******** ( ten characters)

it requires nine characters.Can you please assist?

Hi,

I've also just moved from BT to EE

My BT account number is nine characters GB********

But when I try to link my EE broadband to my newly created EE account it says the account number needs to be 10 characters.

Please can you help?
