Have you tried using our fault checking service?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you are experiencing issues with your home broadband you can text &lt;STRONG&gt;HELP&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255);color:rgb(0,0,0);font-size:16px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;to &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;66033 &lt;/STRONG&gt;and then follow the steps in the reply. We will run a check on your broadband for any faults, if any are found and an engineer is required we will book one in for you. If no faults are found a member of our broadband technical team will call you back in 30 minutes to investigate your issue further.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
