Been saying this since Monday uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice now and it’s still showing the same it’s a joke

Is anyone else having issues with the app or website saying there account is now closed despite you not cancelling your services

If you can not access the app and your online account then you need to call customer support to request an account reset.

Are your services still working as normal, other than the online account?

If they are, I'd recommend calling our tech guides, who can bring up your account and check the EE ID details to help you get access again.
