@may755 , are you on pay as you go or contract?

If on contract, you will find it within the app by clicking on manage at the bottom, but if they are very busy with phone calls, then you may have a wait.

I came to the forum to ask the same thing. What once used to be great customer service via Facebook and Twitter/X is now non-existent. The app support is terrible - contacted them yesterday and was given an approximate response time of 4 hours. I’ve still yet to receive a response today. Is this the new normal?

Social media isn’t customer support, Social media is about showcasing products/information to customers.
