      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im trying to upgrade my contract on the website, due to difficult hearing. One thread told me to message UP to 150, which did not work so now im attempting to use the website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im logged in, but it says “login to upgrade” no matter how many times I press this, it remains the same. One of the times it took me to the phones page, and It said it will check my eligibility which then sent me right back to the start.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
