      <title>Fix the EE Website!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The EE website does not work. There are countless posts on here that show this to be true!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my case I have tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge &amp;amp; Safari) on multiple devices (phone, Mac &amp;amp; PC), I have cleared the cache on all of these. I am able to login (so I am not locked out), and can see my homepage, but as soon as I try and do anything else (except access my profile) the page loads is only the footer. This is the case on &lt;U&gt;every&lt;/U&gt; device and &lt;U&gt;every&lt;/U&gt; browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a business user and am unable to access my invoices and this is completely unacceptable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I should not have to call up and request invoices be emailed to me every time I need one! (Yes I have done this before, but it is NOT a solution to the website not working).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please do not tell me to call your mobile services team, as this is an actual problem with your website! An operational website is the bear minimum of service that one expects as a customer! So, EE, FIX YOUR WEBSITE!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's still terrible. Wasted a whole load of time with different PCs and browsers. Nginx errors, cookie errors, slow, multiple screen refreshes, random logouts. &amp;nbsp;I don't have the time to play with this, so really time to leave and port out some numbers. Together with the roaming charges (mine never actually works - last time data was ok, but no voice / sms service on any network). And it is so expensive always with 24 month lock-ins. &amp;nbsp;Maybe others have a different experience, but it's not for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Nothing stopping you from purchasing a phone outright and go SIM only instead of paying that phone off over the duration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;And you’re not locked in for 24 months you can pay off at any time. &amp;nbsp;The 24 months is the minimum term.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The first point is incorrect. All my contracts are SIM only, but the upgrade option only offers new 24 month contracts, not monthly or 12 months. Or maybe this is more brokenness on the website which is often random in its connect. Sometimes my friends and family disconnects are included in a potential upgrade and other times not. It's just like a lot of hard work. Comparison site &amp;gt; MVNO &amp;gt; deal &amp;gt; &amp;nbsp;1 month contract &amp;gt; job done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Tried to Access EE One special offer, Despite PIN access, then Old fashioned Logging In, I just get directed to the ubiquitous message "unable to log you In" Please phone. So Tomorrow I'll Have to find account numbers &amp;amp; remember Passwords from 2001. NEVER had this issue when Orange ran the show.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ee are the absolute cess pit....this company bases it's business model on communications and they cannot get the basics right.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've been banging on at them for well over 12 months, the app is horrendous and will time out, give me errors, mix up data, or send me to the website which the takes an age to load if it does at all, half the links refuse to work without me doing some button bashing gymnastics, I can't even get to choose which contract to look at as the drop down selector refuses to stay open...all they ever do is give the same excuses..."all I know is we're currently working on it".. followed by...&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;" I know, I work here and can't even access my own data from the customer sites or app"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've never known a website to be this bad... especially not from a company this huge, and a company that is based on communications..****.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've told them that one by one once every contract ends I won't be renewing..I suppose £170 per month is nothing to them but it would be interesting to know just how many people have all said or done the same thing..they must lose a fortune down to this simple issue alone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Maybe spend less money on marketing for a month and hire a couple of Devs that know what they're doing.&lt;/P&gt;
