Hi,

Day 2 of trying to activate an eSim on my new S24 Ultra.

The app gives me constant "Cannot download eSim" errors. Then when heading into the manage my mobile section of the website, the page comes back blank. This is on 2 different browsers at different IP addresses.

Why is it that comms companies just cant get their S together when it comes to their own websites? Vodafone were just as bad.

Anyway, there's no live chat option (which would be a big help in this situation), so now I'll have to wait until I get some time at lunch to call them... Oh hang on, I can't activate my eSim so that's that eh?

Nice one EE.

You'll be able to activate the SIM card at Activate SIM page if your existing physical SIM is still working.

If you don't have a working physical SIM, you'll only be able to install/activate an eSIM by calling Customer Care on 08009566000 from any other phone. Or pop into any EE store with photo ID.

Ali
