@Mohammedkamall1 you can call customer services to make this request and you’ll need a credit card pay a refundable token or you can go to an EE store with in date photo ID to make this request there

Welcome to the community.

If you have a pay as you go SIM with us, you'll need to follow the steps that @Chris_B mentioned above., but if it is a pay monthly contract and you have access to the EE app or online account, you can remove it there.
