      <title>Why do deals for existing customers disappear when I'm prompted to log in??</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I have seen a great Sim only deal I would like to add to my existing account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The deal is 5gb, Unlimited Min and Texts for £9 per month. This is with the existing customer deal when adding a new line to your account. So for existing customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I select this package and I'm prompted to Log In. When I do this there are no longer any sim deals for me to see. Only mobile phone deals.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WHY is this???&amp;nbsp; Its clearly a deal for existing customers, which I have been for many many years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing I can think of is that I'm due an upgrade next month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The website is absolutely terrible. This is also the same with the EE app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
