    <description>&lt;P&gt;Switched my BT broadband and TV 4 months ago, despite numerous calls to EE I can’t manage broadband or TV on either the website or the app. &amp;nbsp;Have been told it’s a BT to EE migration issue, but no sign of it being fixed. &amp;nbsp;Pretty poor, especially as I can’t manage my TV package - I wonder if it give me grounds to cancel?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not as long as you but it's a shambles.&amp;nbsp; Paying for packages I can't get in and activate. They don't seem able to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WiFi discs have now stopped working too even of I try the ethernet reset approach.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was described as a seemless process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Digital phone, broadband, TV all show as get in the app yet I should have them. Try and go into the relevant tile and get the It's not you it's us message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
