How can I access live chat I have gone to the help and there is no message us option can't seem to find live chat anywhere on the app or online?

Live chat is no longer available. It will return improved in the future. You can still use message or call EE via your app.

Live chat is available for pay monthly customers. When it's available, it'll show a 'message us' option in the help section of the EE app.

What happens when you try to make a call? Are your texts and data working OK?
