&lt;P&gt;That's right if you are in the last 100 days there is no upgrade fee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are not seeing any available upgrade options online please give us a call on 150.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have been trying to do an upgrade online and on the App.&amp;nbsp; No luck with either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Initially it says '&lt;SPAN&gt;Sorry, couldn't fetch recommendations for you'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If I click on anything in pay monthly deals or Sim deals it says '&lt;STRONG&gt;Sorry JOSEPH, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now.'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;for anything I click on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a place I can get my account looked at?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;upgrade anytime plan, my original phone was badly damaged and was told I can’t do the upgrade without paying a large fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now plan is under 100 days left and upgrade option saying no suitable plans available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;think it’s time to let the plan run out and find different network.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
