Impossibility to add my details so I can see my account online

I have been struggling for over an hour to add my details so that I can see my accounts online but each time there is something not correct in red although it is!

That is what I thought I was doing but it kept refusing certain items

Welcome to the community.

Could you try doing this on the EE Online desktop site on a couple of different devices/browsers please? Are you able to then add the information?

Nice to hear from you, Nick. Thank you for your suggestions a) hopefully it
is being sorted by New EE and b) I am of 'a certain age' and what you
suggest would be well beyond my capabilities.
